Reflections Workshop:

4 days in the lap of Himalaya

Context & Overview:

Modern times are exciting but life seems to be hurling us in different directions, most of them not of our choosing.

We Are We Worried About:

- Job, money, status

- Our children and their future

- Stress in our relationships

- Break-up of value systems of society

- Destruction of the natural world

Our strength, which was based on our faith in the sacredness of life and our acceptance of the unknown, is shaken. Our current faith in modern science does not help us to cope with the rapidly changing world. What can we do?

The week long "Reflections" workshop is designed to help you find personal solutions through:

- Contemplation and reflection

- Authentic dialogue and active listening

- Self-reflective individual and group activities

- Connecting with nature

- Satsang
